
Agreement to Terms and Conditions
The Atlas motel website is conditional upon the guest agreeing to all terms and conditions set out below.
Reservations
Reservations can be made directly with the motel.
All care must be taken to ensure that the information provided to the motel is correct. Only persons over 18 years of age can make a booking.
When making a reservation with the Atlas Motel, the following details are required:
· Name and company (if applicable).
· Address, email, phone or fax number; and
· Credit card number, expiry date and card holder’s name.
The managers are at the discretion to refuse entry of any guest and reject bookings.
Rates
All rates quoted on our website www.atlasmotel.com.au relate only to non-
Rates are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services tax (GST), charges and surcharges and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Three nightly and weekly packages are subject to availability. Discounts cards cannot be used in conjunction with the prices quoted for package deals.
Rates may change without notice due to charges incurred by inflation or other government imposition charges, taxes or levies.
Deposits
To confirm booking arrangements, the minimum deposit must be paid immediately or if paying with money order or by person in cash must be within 7 days from the date of the booking only if the date of arrival is after 7 days of booking, otherwise must be paid immediately or the booking is not confirmed. The minimum deposit required is:
· 1 to 2 nights stay = $50.00
· 3 to 6 nights stay = 1 nights taking.
· 7 to 13 nights stay = 3 nights taking.
14 nights or more = 7 nights taking.
If the deposit is not paid by the due date, the managers at the motel reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, and Diners. Please note that the use of American Express or Diners incur a 3% surcharge,
Cheques and/or Money Order are to be made payable to ‘The Atlas Motel’ and posted to 140 Bourke Street Dubbo NSW 2830
Cancellations
Notice of cancellation must be made to the motel directly.
Notice of cancellation must be made by no later than 10:00am, 24 hours prior to the reserved date of arrival. For bookings made one month or more in advance, notice of cancellation must be 7 days prior to the reserved date of arrival.
Cancellations after the due date incur a cancellation fee of $20.00 and loss of the minimum deposit.

Payment
Full payment or credit card imprint required at check in. If departing before 7:30 am payment is required the night before. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners). Please note that the use of American Express and Diners attracts a 3% surcharge.
Arrivals
On arrival, guests are required to complete and are bound to the terms of the Atlas register form.
Guests under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years of age.
Check-
Guests are to notify the managers if their arrival and/or departure time is outside the listed hours.
Security Deposit and Photo Identification
Guests are required to provide a credit card imprint on arrival for incidental charges. Where a credit card is not available a $200.00 cash bond will be required. The length of the guests stay may vary the amount of cash deposit required.
Valid photo identification must be presented at the time of check-
House Rules
Smoking and pets are prohibited in all units at the Atlas Motel.
Guest and invitees of the guests are expected to behave in a manner conductive to the safety, comfort and convenience of the guests within the property.
A breach of the House Rule may result on the summary eviction of the offender at the discretion of the Manager.
A breach of House Rule includes:
· Noisy, offensive and/or unruly behaviour;
· Damage to or destruction of property;
· Improper or unseemly conduct;
· Any act or omission which, in the opinion of the Manager adversely affects or brings discredit upon the Manager, owner or the guests.
It is also condition of your occupation that the owners/management of the premises are not liable for any omission, defaults or neglect for accidents or injuries to occupiers or guests visiting and damages to or loss of any property which the occupier or their guests bring on to the premises apart from any liability under the Travellers Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act 2001.
Complaints
It is vital that guests report to the managers as soon as possible (including after hours if necessary) of any incident occurring in the units or on the premises in order to ensure that the issue is resolved immediately and effectively. Please do not try to resolve the matters of other guests on your own accord.
Issues which could not be resolved during your stay, a written and signed complaint must be submitted to the motel within 5 workings days from the departure date.
Disclosure and Information Sharing
The motel will only disclose your personal information, unless we have your permission to expose your personal information, where we are abided by law to do so, we are request by you to carry out the necessary services; we reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary to prevent or lesson a serious and imminent threat to an individual’s life, health or safely or a serious threat to public health or safety; and or suspect that unlawful act is or has been made and this information is a necessary for any part of investigation in the matter including us reporting our concerns to the relevant authorities.
Otherwise in order to protect your personal information we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorized access and or modification, we apply standard industry safety procedures for confidentiality. If there are any outstanding charges to the motel which has not been paid then the personal information is kept in our records until full payments are made. Once all accounts are clear between the customer and our motel, we then further no longer need you personal information and if you request us to discard your personal information we will destroy all your personal information from our system.
